In my last entry, I mentioned that I was looking forward more to the Troubadours acoustic gig rather than our rock-out Central Market one.

Guess what?

That one gig netted us two blog entries (from other people la), a radio interview and more than a few fans. Since then, we’ve also played at alliance francaise (i think that spelling is wrong) and one of our songs (Out of Body) is about to be featured on the KLUE decibel 02 CD.

It’s sponsored by DiGi so we’re going to have a ringtone to accompany the compilation.

Fuck the whole selling out rant… If this is what selling out means, then I’m sold!Anyhows, we’re not your typical serious rock band anyway… I think one of the most important things about being in a band (especially at our age) is to not to take it overly seriously.

We’re here to have a good time, and perhaps to share our music with a few good men and women.And that’s what we’re doing. and our grandkids will hear no end to how we got our songs into ringtones when we were kids. Ok, we’re not really kids anymore, but lets not spoil the mood of this happy entry.
